Establishing a National Engineering Authority in Somaliland

If the challenges facing Somaliland are rooted in the absence of systems, then the solution must address that absence directly. Incremental adjustments and isolated reforms will not be sufficient. What is required is a structural transformation that embeds engineering within the foundation of the state. This transformation can be achieved through the establishment of a National Engineering Authority.
